从家庭、社会等系统方面着手，更全面地处理个人身上所背负的问题，达到问题的持久改善和解决。根据家庭的需要，运用表达性艺术的方式作为沟通调整的媒介（包括但不限于音乐、绘画、舞动、心理剧等）。
