Music Therapy
Composition and Performance
I am an entrepreneur, an educator, a performing artist, a multi-instrumentalist, a psychodramatist, a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC), a composer, and a Berklee alumna. To me, music is creative expression, communication, spiritual practice, transformation, medicine, and a catalyst for social change.
Throughout my career, I have worked with people across the lifespan: from newborns in the hospital, children, adults, seniors with various physical, psychological, and spiritual needs, to the end of life care.
I integrate my extensive professional training and personal experiences in psychology, creative arts, neuroscience, psychotherapy, medicine, and philosophy in order to support and help my students, clients, and audiences to
💫 identify and connect with their authentic self
💫 actualize their life vision
💫 handle challenges with resiliency and spontaneity
💫 express their unique voices with freedom and creativity
💫 live with a higher quality of life physically, mentally, and spiritually
💫 transcend paradigms
