We all live in our own version of reality, which is impacted by our senses, filtered by bias, and built upon our life experiences.


Unfortunately, without realizing it, the different versions of reality can create barriers between us.


Someone without empathy is apt to label people outside their circle as "the other," "the problem," or "the enemy." This mindset creates walls that prevent people from moving forward or growing.


While 1% of the general public does not have the genetic makeup of emotional empathy, 99% of us are born with it.
